Overview of Site and Registration Process for General Purchasing

Initial Registration Process

  • Registration is through the UK Hospital Purchasing Website
  • Click on Purchasing Vendor Login
  • If you are a "First Time User", click on the link to Create New Account
  • If you have already registered online, Enter your email address and your password.
  • If you forgot your password you can click on the link Forgot your password and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Registering Your Appointments

  • After successful login from the Vendor Web Site, click on Register An Appointment to register each of your appointments at UK
  • The web site automatically fills in the current date and the vendor's specific information.
  • Complete the required fields (noted with asterisks)
  • Click on the Submit Appointment button. A copy of your appointment detail will be emailed to you.

Logging Off

  • Don't forget to Logoff the website when finished! (Click on the Logout button)
